Safeguarding
Hope Housing, Training & Support Ltd takes safeguarding extremely seriously. We believe that no one should experience harm, exploitation, neglect or abuse of any kind.
We have a responsibility to promote the welfare and wellbeing of all adults and young people we support, ensuring individuals are kept safe and treated with dignity and respect at all times.
Hope Housing provides a safe, structured and abstinent environment where residents can feel a sense of belonging, contribute positively and thrive, enabling personal growth and recovery.
We are committed to maintaining high professional standards across all areas of our work. Our systems are independently reviewed through annual ISO 9001 quality assurance processes, and we regularly review our practices to reflect on progress and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
We also ensure that staff, trustees and volunteers receive appropriate safeguarding training and ongoing development so they can work confidently, safely and professionally within our setting.
Reporting a Safeguarding Concern
If someone has a safeguarding concern, they should report it as soon as possible to Lisa Everett, the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Email: lisa@hopehts.com
All concerns will be taken seriously, treated sensitively and responded to appropriately.
Where there is an immediate risk of harm or danger, contact the emergency services by calling 999 straight away.
Where appropriate, concerns may also be referred to relevant safeguarding agencies, local authorities or support services to help protect the individual involved.
