Hosted by Lisa Everett, a trained counsellor with 17 years of experience, the podcast is led by someone who has spent many years supporting vulnerable adults, working with complex needs, and helping individuals manage challenging behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and personal change.

Lisa brings both professional knowledge and real-life understanding to each conversation, creating a calm and welcoming space where guests feel comfortable speaking openly and honestly.

The podcast brings together guests from different backgrounds to explore important topics including mental health, gratitude, resilience, homelessness, ADHD, coercive control, gambling awareness, and many other everyday challenges people face.
