A welcome from Lisa

Welcome to Hope Housing. I’m Lisa, Director of Services, and I’m delighted to welcome you to our community.

Moving somewhere new can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to work everything out on your own. Your support worker and the wider Hope team are here to help you settle in, answer your questions and work with you towards your goals, one step at a time.

At the heart of what we do is the Hope Support Model™, which brings together support for your wellbeing, recovery, practical skills and future independence. This includes one-to-one support, counselling, health and wellbeing activities, learning and volunteering opportunities, and personal development workshops led by me. Together, we’ll explore what matters to you and help you build on your strengths at a pace that’s right for you. I’m looking forward to seeing you at the personal development workshops and working with you there.

This Residents’ Hub brings together useful information about life at Hope, including activities, support and opportunities to try something new.

We want you to feel safe, listened to and part of our community. If you’re unsure about anything, please ask—no question is too small.

I look forward to getting to know you.
