Meet Kassidy – our new Apprentice Support Worker!

We’re so pleased to welcome Kassidy to the Hope Housing team!

Kassidy joined Hope because she wanted to support people in recovery, help people through difficult times and make a positive difference in their lives. Her apprenticeship is giving her the opportunity to develop her skills, gain valuable experience and build a career centred around supporting others.

Before joining Hope, Kassidy studied Law, Criminology and Psychology at college, which helped develop her interest in understanding people and the different challenges they can face.

Making a difference abroad

In 2023, Kassidy volunteered in Zanzibar, where she worked with children, helped teach them and took part in refurbishing their classrooms. As well as making a positive difference, the experience gave her the opportunity to discover a new country, culture and way of life.

Looking to the future

Kassidy hopes to successfully complete her apprenticeship, continue developing her skills and experience at Hope, and progress into a career where she can keep supporting people and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

We’re excited to see Kassidy grow in her new role and become part of the Hope team.

Welcome to Hope, Kassidy – we’re very happy to have you with us!
