Alicja Smykala, Health and Wellbeing
Alicja is a psychology graduate and Pilates instructor who brings a calm, grounded energy to everything she does. With qualifications in Counselling Skills and Residential Care, she supports people to strengthen the connection between mind and body - finding balance through awareness, movement and small, meaningful steps.
She’s passionate about the power of neuroplasticity and habit building , helping others understand that lasting change begins with gentle consistency and self-compassion. Alicja believes that when we listen to both our body and mind, we can truly transform our wellbeing from within.
In her free time, Alicja enjoys music, art and cooking , creative outlets that bring her calm and balance. She once sang opera professionally and still believes music holds a special power to uplift and heal.
